Flat per job, based on your driveway size, surface and condition, plus any walkway, sidewalk or stain treatment you add. We confirm it on arrival after measuring, before any work starts.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every job has a flat price agreed before we start, no matter how long it takes.

Do I need to be home?

No, but we need access to an outdoor water spigot. We do a walkthrough with you before you pay.

Do you re-sand or seal pavers?

No. We clean paver driveways only. Re-sanding and sealing are not included.

No. It's $0 to book and there's no deposit. You pay after the job and a walkthrough — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash or check.

What should I do to prepare?

Move vehicles off the driveway and clear small items from the areas being cleaned. Please keep pets indoors while we work.

Can you remove oil, rust and tire marks?

We treat each stained area for a flat fee per area. Some older stains lighten a lot but may not disappear completely — we'll tell you what to expect before we start.
